The Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwas participated in the “Bahrain Forum for Dialogue: East and West for Human Coexistence”, which was held in the Bahraini capital, Manama, under the patronage of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and in the presence of a number of prominent religious leaders from different countries of the world.
The council was represented in this forum by Dr. Ibrahim Obaid Al Ali, and Dr. Shamma Yousef Al Dhaheri, members of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa.
The delegation delivered a message from the scholar Abdullah bin Bayh, Chairman of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwas, to Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in which he valued the efforts of the Kingdom of Bahrain in promoting the values of peace and tolerance by calling for this important forum.
